Guava Leaves for the Prevention of Wound Infection

Nearly all corners of Indonesia would know guava plant, which was good to eat besides fruit leaves are also beneficial to health. In Central Kalimantan Dayak people specifically for this species has been used for hundreds of years as a remedy for diarrhea.
These include the benefits of guava leaves:

Diabetes

- If do not like the taste can add honey as a sweetener.

Prevent infection of wounds
A study conducted in Nigeria, Federal University Technology uncover properties of guava leaves to treat wounds such as cuts, impact, abrasion and so forth. The anti bacteria to prevent infection and steroids to reduce inflammation of the uterus so as to accelerate the healing of wounds.
